Why was my card declined online if I have enough money in my account?

Verify your card information (card number, CVV, expiration date) and the address you provided to the merchant is the address on file for your card.

Log in to the app to verify your address.

For Green Dot accounts opened or cards purchased ON or AFTER 7/28/26

Tap "Menu" in the Green Dot app footer or the profile icon in the top right corner and select "Personal info"

For Green Dot accounts opened or cards purchased BEFORE 7/28/26

Tap "Settings" in the Green Dot app footer and select "Personal info"
