How do I report my card lost/stolen?

For Green Dot accounts opened or debit cards purchased ON or AFTER 6/25/26:

In the app tap "Menu" in the app footer. Tap "Account", "Manage card", "Report a card lost or stolen" and "Confirm card lost or stolen". On Greendot.com, log in to your account and select "Settings" then "Manage cards" , "Report a card lost or stolen" and "Confirm card lost or stolen".

For Green Dot accounts opened or debit cards purchased BEFORE 6/25/26:

In the app tap "Settings" in the app footer. Tap "Manage card", "Report card lost/stolen", enter the info requested and tap "Next" and "Confirm card lost/stolen". On Greendot.com, log in to your account and select "Report card lost/stolen from the Security tab. Enter the info requested and tap "Next" and "Confirm card lost/stolen".

For your account's protection, reporting your card lost or stolen will immediately deactivate your card. A new card will be automatically sent to the mailing address we have on file for your account and should arrive within 7-10 days. A $5.00 card replacement fee will apply.

You can also report your card lost or stolen by calling Customer Support at (866) 795-7597 5am to 9pm PT, 7 days a week.
